4th on 53rd Parade and Festival 2024

Celebrate the 4th of July in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood.  This beloved local tradition has been celebrated for 30+ years and never disappoints!

The parade kicks off at 11 a.m. with marching bands, floats, community groups, and kids on decorated bikes.  The parade marches through Downtown Hyde Park #SSA61 and finishes up at Nichols Park.  Route Map.  After the parade, the festival from 12-3 p.m. featuring performances, games, bouncy houses, face painting, petting zoo, magician, and more!
