SSA61 MAP
Downtown Hyde Park Chicago is the creation of Special Service Area #61, which is comprised of the 53rd and 55th Street business corridors connected by Lake Park Avenue.
Real Estate Properties and businesses eligible for SSA61 programs or promotion must be located in Special Service Area #61 (denoted in the blue area on the adjacent map). The SSA61 reconstitution approved in 2023 changed the footprint of the Special Service Area as of January 1, 2024.
