2015 Chicago Blues Hall Of Fame inductee Sheryl Youngblood grew up in a musical family, starting out singing and playing various instruments in the church during her teen years. She started the Sheryl Youngblood Blues Band in 2013. Sheryl is a powerful vocalist, drummer, songwriter, bandleader, and entertainer.
Don’t miss the 2026 season of the George Franklin Memorial Summer Sunday Concert Series Sunday afternoon on August 9 from 4-6 p.m. at Nichols Park in Hyde Park – 1355 E. 53rd Street.
